Who should take the test?

Our immune system responds to foods, which are inherently harmless, as if they were threats and initiates defensive actions against them. Through our Complete Food Sensitivity Test, we analyze foods that may provoke a range of symptoms.

The Complete Food Sensitivity Test measures your immune system’s IgG reactivity to 240 foods out of the following food groups:

  • Dairy
  • Fish/Shellfish
  • Grains/Legumes/Nuts
  • Fruits
  • Meat/Poultry
  • Egg
  • Misc/Herbs/Spices
  • Vegetables
  • Candida Screen

With our Complete Food Sensitivity Test, you can identify the foods to which your body is reacting. Subsequently, you can initiate a personalized diet rotation plan to optimize your dietary choices, effectively addressing inflammatory processes in the intestine.

The Complete Food Sensitivity Test assesses your immune system’s IgG reactivity. It’s important to note that this test does not assess food allergies, as those involve a different antibody called IgE.

How does it work?

Once your order has been processed, you will be sent a blood sample collection kit. You collect your sample from the comfort of your own home and send it right back to our CLIA-certified partner laboratory. We analyze your sample and inform you that your results have been uploaded to your confidential account on our secure website.

What guidance will I get along with my results?

Following the completion of the analysis, you will receive a lab report that includes explanations for the analyzed markers and details on potential symptoms linked to imbalances. Additionally, we strongly advise that you discuss the results you receive from us with your healthcare provider or practitioner.

Moreover, additional information can be found on our website, particularly within various test categories, “health conditions,” and the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) section. If you have any further inquiries, please feel free to reach out to us by sending an email to

Any Questions?

Here are some of the most frequently asked questions regarding this test. Your question is missing? Please contact us at:

What is the Complete Food Sensitivity Test, and why is it important?

The Complete Food Sensitivity Test is a helpful tool that evaluates how your immune system reacts to specific foods, even though these foods are typically harmless. It's important because it can help identify potential food sensitivities and their association with various symptoms.

How does the test work?

This test measures your immune system's IgG reactivity to 240 different foods from various food groups, including dairy, fish/shellfish, grains/legumes/nuts, fruits, meat/poultry, egg, misc/herbs/spices, vegetables, and Candida. It assesses the immune response to these foods to help identify potential sensitivities.

How can the test results benefit me?

The results can help you pinpoint specific foods that may be causing your symptoms. With this information, you can create a personalized diet rotation plan to reduce inflammation in your intestine, potentially improving your overall health and well-being.

What is the difference between food allergy and food sensitivity?

So-called "real" food allergies are allergies, where the body reacts immediately with symptoms. For example, with shortness of breath when you have a peanut allergy. With some foods, the body does not react with immediate reactions, but it does produce IgG antibodies. If you continue to consume these foods, in the long term, among other things, digestive problems or signs of inflammation such as joint pain can occur.

I am not getting enough blood from my finger, what can I do?

Prepare the blood draw well: Hold your hand a little longer under warm water and circle your arm to stimulate blood circulation. Prick the finger on the side, not directly on top of the fingertip. The middle or ring finger of the non-dominant hand is usually best. When piercing, place your finger on a firm surface to avoid unconscious pulling back. A light squeeze and massage towards the fingertip helps stimulate blood flow. Alternatively, blood can be taken from the earlobe or from the vein (at the doctor's).
