Who should take the test?

The Candida & Helicobacter & Zonulin test is recommended for all people who want to know how the function and health of their intestines and stomach are.

About a third of people have candida in their body. Candida is usually harmless but can spread and cause candidosis if the immune system or the gut is weakened. Helicobacter pylori is the most common chronic bacterial pathogen in humans. It lowers stomach acid levels while damaging the mucosal protection within the stomach. It has therefore been attributed with causing stomach and duodenal ulcers. Zonulin is a protein molecule, which helps diagnosing the so called “Leaky Gut Syndrome”, as it gives an indication of the permeability of the gut mucosa. With our Candida & Helicobacter & Zonulin Test you can check for all 3 things with just a single sample.

How does it work?

You collect the samples at home, send them back to us and we will provide you with your level of each marker and whether your level falls within the reference ranges for your age. In addition to that, the results include graphs showing whether your are in the “green” (=normal/healthy) or “red” (=too high/low) area, making it easy to understand the results.

What guidance will I get along with my results?

After the analysis was conducted, you will receive a lab report with explanations about the analyzed markers as well as information about possible symptoms that can occur when there is an imbalance. Further to that, we always recommend the discussion of the mailed results with your doctor or practitioner.

Samples for our tests are collected in the privacy of your own home. We and our partner laboratories (who may be contracted by us to conduct some or all analyses of your test) take customer privacy very seriously.
